Nope! And we like it that way (and assume you do as well). We don’t believe you should be bound to a contract for a service like Joker Care. If you are happy with the service we’re providing you, we’ll bet you’ll stick with us. If not, we don’t want to hold you hostage. This is a month to month service that you can cancel anytime (but we’re confident you won’t!)
Like a lawyer’s retainer, the monthly time is there for you every month to reserve your place in our queue and our resources, therefore it does not rollover for Maintain and Manage plans. You can take comfort in the fact that what you will request within that 30/60 minutes of time (depending on your plan) will be addressed by our team with immediate attention.
We offer support on content, graphics, fixes to the website, adding new features, layout changes, page additions, pretty much anything your site needs outside of programming changes. If you require coding that is advanced and beyond basic updates – we may need to create a proposal for the work. We’ll discuss the changes with you first to let you know your options.
The whole purpose of our client plans is preventative care, so we hope to prevent anything from happening. However, in the case your website gets attacked or is facing severe issues, we will work with our server team to address issues immediately. We cannot promise your website will not be hacked but can promise we will do everything in our power to prevent it, as well as assist in the restoration and cleanup of the website with one of our backups. You will receive daily or monthly backups (depending on the plan you’ve selected) so in the event of an issue, we can revert to a previous copy quickly to clean up any problems.
